Aaron & Donovan as Chip & Dale

This has been in the making since our final day in Disneyworld when Donovan saw a "Dale hat," and we purchased it. He told us if he was able to get it, he would be Dale for Halloween, and Aaron could be Chip. Finding the costumes was not easy...(they ended up coming from Disney Paris via Ebay!). The boys LOVE their costumes and have tried them on many times. Thank goodness Halloween is NOW, because in another month, there is no doubt that Aaron's would be too small for him - it's quite snug now as it is!
Last weekend one of our local malls and pedestrian streets had trick-or-treating for the kids. The boys had so much fun (and got so much candy!). There were SO MANY COMMENTS about the "adorable chipmunks."

We are looking forward to trick-or-treating Monday evening in Grandma's neighborhood as we did last year(about 30 houses, just the right size for our boys!).

Aaron won a local Halloween coloring contest for his age group (ages 3-6). He won a g$5 gift card to the local drugstore that was holding the contest. Aaron was SO THRILLED, as is evident in the photo!

Donovan's Chinese/Lunar Birthday

We are Still Here

As I expected, upon my return to teaching full time, I've not updated our blog in WEEKS...We are all fine - great actually. Aaron and Donovan are thriving at their preschool. We are getting excited for Halloween, Donovan's Chinese birthday (this weekend), and his birthday in November.

Just a quick post to say we are still here, doing great, and enjoying fall.
